Stamping

Last week I went to the post office. The lady at the counter apologised that they did not have any peel-and-stick stamps left. Fair enough.

However after then giving me the stamps I asked for she actually said... "You have to lick these, do you know how?"

UNBELIEVABLE.

Is there now a generation who have never tasted the government tinted* glue on the back of a postage stamp?

* tinted with mind control drugs - obviously
