Do I need to swap my FSP (Facts Source Provider)?

Am I the only person who has found in the last year that of the learned "interesting facts" I tell people, people correct me more on the ones from QI than the ones I have picked up from Wikipedia?

Is this because Wikipedia is getting better (I never found it that bad to be honest) or that in some kind of bizare BBC cost cutting measure, Alan Davis now also has to perform the role of researcher as well as panelist?
