Where has that Pom gone?
Right then.... firstly apologies....I know I haven't blogged for what must be nearly two weeks now. Totally unacceptable I know. And it also means that I have failed one of my NYR&Es! How sad. However I will endeavour to try and get back on track as the reason I listed blogging twice a week as a NY's resolution was as when I look back to when I blogged regularly at university, what seemed like total crap then, now already only 2 years later gives me a wonderful collection of memories which I wish I had for all periods of my life. It also serves the additional purpose of helping friends I've left in the UK assure themselves that I am still a safe distance away and not on a plane back to blighty, which probably helps them sleep soundly at night.
I will try and get back on track ASAP. There is certainly a lot to write about. I seem to never be in Sydney at the weekends at the moment, which is probably the main reason I’ve been so slack…also there have been some other things going on which have been distracting me, in a good way….. in a very good way.

What that Moley? Sounds as almost as exciting as a trip to the Maritime Museum in Brisbane.
I wonder what your talking about?

Dear Distracting Good Thing,
Absolutely.... "almost" as exciting as the Brisbane Maritime Museum....but you have to admit it's impossible for anything to beat the excitement of watching their superb animated map of Australian early explorers or even better the little one man, ocean going steel sailing boat....now that was cool!
Yours,
Nurton.
PS: Actually I have just thought of something that could have topped my trip to the Maritime museum.... going instead the night before to the Maritime Museum with a group of signalling engineers! Wow, it makes me go weak at the knees, just thinking about it!
Mr Mole,
Almost as exciting as a trip to Brisbane's Maritime Museum with a group of Signal Engineers.... Way to make an anonymous person feel more anonymous. Boo hoo.
Actually you for got the mildly interesting floating/portable light house. Just in case the rocks/cliffs move or to light stray ice burgs in the Brisbane river.
Kind Regards
A.D.G.T.
Just don't turn this into some sort of relationship blog. If you go schmoopie, I'm outta here...
