Where has that boy gone?

I'm here!! Where here=Wiltshire!

Was too busy cleaning house and moving last weekend to blog then. Have been too busy at work to blog this week. Have no internet access where I am sleeping at the moment, so you will just have to put up with some silence (maybe you prefer this?!?)

If all goes to plan I will be moving into a new flat in Bath this weekend. Hopefully I should have sorted out broadband within a week or two and then I can spend all my lonely nights typing shit on my blog for your enjoyment! Meanwhile maybe Darth will blog a bit more in the intermission period?!?

In the meantime, have a look at this: Nat emailed it to me and I have been umming and arrrrhhhing as to whether or not to include it on here. After 3 days of thinking, I can't think of any French people who read this who, that I know, so here goes....

French Terror Alert

President Chirac has officially raised the French terror alert from
"Run" to "Hide". There are only two higher alert levels in France, which
are "Surrender" and "Collaborate". The rise was precipitated by a recent
fire which destroyed France's white flag factory - effectively crippling
their military.

You're lucky Caro doesn't read this else you'd really know what you'd done to offend her!!!

Incidentally, I found it quite amusing *snickers*

The French have a little to boast about - here in Denmark, Hitler's ambassador rang one night and told the Danish PM that he would invade if his troops didn't get free passage to anywhere they wanted to go. The "neutral" Danes rang back the following morning and agreed. This gave rise to an opposition politican of the time famously saying "Denmark was taken by telephone".
