Back once again with the Renegade Master
Hello; my loyal group of blog readers. I am ever so sorry that I have been so rubbish at blogging over the last two weeks and I hope that you can find it in your hearts to forgive and love me once again. I promise things will be even better than they were before the exams and that I will be getting even more drunk and taking even more incriminating photos for your entertainment.
But, before we get back to the excitement that is regular NMW blogging I guess I should just update you about yesterday....
I had the LAST of final exams in the morning and as of 11:30am on Wednesday 8th June 2005, I was a FREE MAN and more importantly stress free for the rest of my life. If you are wondering how it feels; BLOODY AMAZING.
Apologies for not blogging about this exciting news yesterday, but I am sure you understand that the remainder of the day was spent in barbershops, banks(begging for money (unsuccessfully)), bars, pubs and clubs rather than in front of my computer.
The exam was very difficult but as I was well prepared I was able to do a good amount of it and come out feeling quietly confident about my mark. It was nice to finish on a good exam, for the people who found it really hard you could see they weren't exactly having the best day of their lives when they walked out of the exam. I feel sorry for them.
Now all I have to do this week is catch up with my back log in blogging and write to the head of department to try and get the result of my first exam disregarded from my final mark. I do have one other little thing that is likely to keep me busy.....
Darth is coming to visit Exeter and I will have to look after him for a weekend. He requires more mothering than many people would believe, but it is worth it. Anyway, I'm not sure how many people would class drinking 24 cans of beer in a day as "looking after" but we'll see.
So remember: THIS SATURDAY is the NMW competition. If you tune into the blog you'll be able to see our LIVE UPDATES as the day progresses. It should be really exciting. (To be honest, it'll probably be more exciting for us than you.)
