The pitfalls of living in a student house....
Today I have discovered something appalling. Our student house has acquired a dustbin. This in itself is a good thing. The bad thing is that I have only just found out, seems we have had it for a week now. Why had nobody told me, it's not as if there is other more interesting stuff happening in Priory road. Grrrrr. I feel left out. Anyway, an online thank you to our landlady Judy for supplying this anti rat litter depository.

I think you're missing the real issue here - that something good appeared (ie the bin) but you didn't have to talk to Judy!
PS, its your turn to deal with her next time :p
I have so far managed never to "deal" with her in this year of residence and to be honest don't know if I would recognise her if she came to our door. I think it is best left this way and you deal with her until the end of the year.
Errrr, I don't think so! As you haven't had much chance to deal with her, I feel you need more practice, thus YOU can deal with her for the rest of the year. Especially regarding trying to get our deposit back, which I feel will be a cracking issue...(sorry)
PS we already have far too many inuendo's regarding Phil "dealing" with her, so perhaps we should change our reference....?
Nope, I'm in agreement with Nick here. you haven't dealt with her yet - as the new boy it falls to you to handle her next term :op *runs away quickly*
Uh oh, think we're in trouble, Harry. Anyone know how to barricade a door? I've got to sleep in the next room to him!
