The carrot debate

Found some carrot cake in the fridge today which I was informed was for general consumption. I am half way through eating it as I write this, but can't decide whether or not I like it. It is kind of tasty but at the same time it just seems wrong.

I have talked to my friend James about this and we agree that there is nothing wrong with fruit based cakes such as banana cake, but an orange vegetable seems a step too far.

That said, the white cream stuff on the top is very tasty, so I think I will persist and finish it just for that reason.

Essay News. Have reached panic stage in last half hour. I feel a burst of 2000 words (should take about 90mins to type) just around the corner. Come on brain for once we need to work together, if only for an hour and a half.

Carrot cake is horrible, hence the fact that I got you to eat it and not me!

Ah, late night Tescos trips. Haven't done one in a while. Feel sorry for the people who work there on nights, every night. Poor suckers, they must really want that extra 50p/hour.
